Bindery, Finishing and Cutting

Bindery is the process in which the sheets of paper are fastened together to make books, but also where gold and other decorative elements are added to the exterior of books.

Presspack has all the required machinery for Bindery, Finishing and Cutting at the highest quality.

The Binding process varies depending on the number of pages and the future uses of the product.

Sheet-Fed Offset

Offset Printing is a method used for the printing of both images and text. Offset printing is essentially based on a picture which is captured and printed on the surface of aluminium plates in a way that allows different chemical reactions to occur along the plate. This method is also known as Lithography for historical reasons.

Sheet-fed Offset uses leaves of paper instead of rolls.

Flexoprinting

Flexoprinting consists of every printing process that has flexible, sculpted printing surfaces.

We use ecological Inks and environmentally friendly materials.
